Job Summary

The Financial Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.

  • Ensure month-end and year-end close processes are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes.

This role involves supervising and mentoring team members within the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of accountants.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports.
  • Maintain and improve financial systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Accounting degree or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CA.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements.
  • Leadership experience in an accounting function.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
