Job Title: Learning and Development Administrator

We are currently seeking a diligent Learning and Development Officer to support our training operations on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, the ability to maintain accurate records, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter course completions, attendance, and assessment results into the Learning Management System.
  • Maintain accurate employee training records (digital and physical).
  • Generate standard training compliance and completion reports.
  • Support internal audits by reviewing and auditing training records.
  • Organise and file training-related documents, such as attendance sheets, certificates, and licenses.
About You:
  • Strong organisational and record management skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, is also required.
