The RoleWe're seeking a creative and proactive Communications and Marketing Advisor to deliver impactful internal and external communications, media and marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage content across social media, website, and internal channels.
- Support media relations, campaigns, and events.
- Monitor engagement metrics and contribute to reporting.
- Ensure brand consistency and inclusive communications.
- Collaborate across teams to support organisational initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, or Marketing.
- 2-4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on inclusive communication.
- Experience with digital platforms, social media, and CMS tools.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in housing, homelessness, or community service.
- Basic design or video content creation and editing skills.
