We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Attendant or Disability Support Worker.

Hirey has partnered with a reputable organisation to source staff in Dandenong and surrounding areas, providing a range of support and services inclusive of personal care through to social support, transport and rehabilitation assistance.

Whether you're currently completing your studies or looking for a new career opportunity, this role offers a chance to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

The successful candidate will work on a casual basis, providing flexible and reliable support to individuals in their daily lives. This may include assisting with personal care tasks, accompanying clients on outings, and supporting them with household duties.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in the disability sector, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing personal care and support to clients

- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Accompanying clients on outings and activities

- Supporting clients with household duties and meal preparation
