Our dynamic cafe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Multiskilled Cafe Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and working effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patrons
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations

Schedule:

  • Casual positions available, with a rotating roster that includes weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
  • 8-hour shifts, with flexibility to work additional hours when required

Supplemental Pay Types:

  • Penalty rates apply for work performed on public holidays and outside of standard hours
