Job Description:

Academic Learning Mentors will work closely with SENCO to plan and deliver interventions for students with individual needs.

The role involves providing support to individual and small groups of students with a variety of special education needs both within the classroom and one to one.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary school experience
  • Literacy skills
  • Understanding of SEMH and how to support young people with these needs
