Integration Architect Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Architect to spearhead the design and delivery of intricate enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead integration architecture for key clients from pre-sales through to delivery, ensuring seamless solutions.
  • Oversee solution design across iPaaS and on-premise environments, with a strong focus on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform expertise.
  • Guide and mentor integration teams, guaranteeing scalable, secure, and performant solutions that meet our standards.
  • Run workshops, define integration strategies, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Contribute to best practices, capability uplift, and thought leadership in the integration space, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Engage in architecture boards, endorsing proposed solutions that align with our vision.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading integration architecture in complex enterprise environments, delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Advanced expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform – Cloud Hub, RTF, API Manager, Data Weave, Anypoint Studio or Code Builder, with a strong understanding of their application.
  • Strong knowledge of API-led design, security/authentication, and enterprise integration patterns, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Experience in pre-sales: running workshops, responding to RFPs, building SOWs and estimates, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience across DevOps, CI/CD practices, and Agile delivery methods, with a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
