Job Opportunity

A seasoned Salesforce expert is sought to manage and enhance the company's CRM platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and innovating within the platform to support business processes and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize the Salesforce platform to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and manage reporting, dashboards, and analytics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Lead system upgrades, integrations, and functionality rollouts while ensuring platform stability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into tailored CRM solutions.
  • Partner with vendors and agencies to deliver effective integrations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of CRM management experience with packaged software or custom implementations.
  • Experience with API integrations, middleware tools, and document/form solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus if you have an understanding of SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
