We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals to join our workshop team in a labour hire capacity, with the potential to transition to a permanent position.
This is an opportunity for individuals who have strong hydraulics experience and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics to complete accurate rebuilds and repairs.
Key responsibilities will include disassembling, repairing, and reassembling hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, and related components, as well as testing, flushing, and commissioning hydraulic components to ensure performance and safety standards are met.
Interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals to complete accurate rebuilds and repairs requires precision measuring tools, workshop equipment, and machining processes.
Fabricating and fitting hydraulic hoses, seals, and fittings, ensuring leak-free and safe operation, is also a crucial aspect of the role.
Requirements- A trade qualification in Hydraulic Fitting or a related field, preferably with experience working on hydraulic systems.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work accurately and methodically, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with clients.
- A reliable and punctual individual with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
