Disability Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to clients in their daily lives, including personal care, household tasks, and community access. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also require a Certificate IV in Disability (or willingness to obtain) and current First Aid and CPR Certification. A Covid19 Vaccination Certificate is also a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to clients in their daily lives, including personal care, household tasks, and community access
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of support services
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Disability (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Covid19 Vaccination Certificate
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

  • This is a casual position, requiring flexibility and reliability in working hours
