Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations effectively.
  • Achieve sales growth and meet regular KPI targets for your department.

  • Lead by example and communicate management expectations.
  • Manage high-volume stock effectively and ensure merchandising meets business expectations.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development functions.
  • Conduct high-volume stocktakes and implement stock integrity initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Retail management experience is essential.
  • Experience in high-volume stock management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership style with an owner's mindset.
  • A passionate attitude that inspires teams to exceed goals.
  • Experience in development and performance plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills driven by innovation and time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • First Aid certification, or willingness to be trained at our expense.
