Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Manager to lead our design projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies aligned with our vision and goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design outcomes, and analysing and critiquing architectural drawings to optimise design benchmarks and enhance project deliverables.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ Years of Experience:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in architecture or development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs in luxury residential and mixed-use projects.

Skills and Abilities:

  • A deep understanding of local planning codes and relevant building contracts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
