About the Role

As a Counter Specialist, you will contribute to the continued sales growth of the store through delivering excellent customer service, ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve processes at the counter by implementing and following systems
  • Deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries
  • Train and support new counter team members in understanding all systems and processes

We are looking for a positive and results-driven individual with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes, strong multi-tasking skills, and a keen eye for detail.
