About the Role

As a Counter Specialist, you will contribute to the continued sales growth of the store by delivering excellent customer service, ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures, including:

  • Improving processes at the counter by implementing and following systems.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as required.
  • Training and supporting new counter team members in understanding all systems and processes.

About You

  • You have a positive can-do attitude.
  • You are results-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.
  • You possess strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • You have a background in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities (ideal, but not essential).
