Job Opportunity

This role supports the delivery of education services to inmates through coordination and facilitation of programs, working with trainers, stakeholders and inmates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess inmate education needs and assist with course delivery
  • Manage schedules and coordinate resources for teachers and trainers
  • Maintain learning management systems and databases
  • Facilitate communication between inmates and external institutions
  • Oversee library operations, IT resources, and creative education spaces
  • Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certification in Education or Administration (desired)
  • Certificate IV in Correctional Practice or Case Management
  • Experience in providing education support in a team environment
  • Proficiency in data compilation and record-keeping protocols
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
