Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Change Program Manager to lead our annual engineering program. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering essential engineering solutions to the Australian Border Force.
Your role will involve maintaining certification of Cape Class vessels, managing engineering change deliverables, controlling changes to configuration baselines, and supporting the ABF Lead Engineer in meeting contractual requirements.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of engineering changes, monitor and report on progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical or equivalent, as well as a Level 3 Authorised Engineering Authority delegation under the Austal Delegation Framework (or equivalent). A Master's degree in Engineering Management or equivalent is also desirable.
