We are seeking a detail-focused professional to join our team as a Roster Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our participants receive the right support at the right time.
Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rosters that align with participant needs and service agreements. They will also allocate shifts effectively, balancing participant choice, staff availability, and operational demands.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in rostering software, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in rostering or workforce coordination and be able to adapt to last-minute changes calmly and effectively.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rosters to meet participant needs and service agreements
  • Allocate shifts effectively to balance participant choice, staff availability, and operational demands
  • Monitor changes in availability and manage shift swaps or cancellations
  • Provide timely roster updates to staff and address any scheduling conflicts
  • Liaise with management to ensure workforce planning meets service growth and compliance requirements

Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in rostering software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset
  • High attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
