Outlets Business Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our Tea Lounge, Promenade Cafe and Speakers Corner.
- Manage outlets as successful independent profit centres, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with international standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, such as upselling techniques or promotional events.
- Collaborate with chefs to create and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and nurturing positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
- Managing budgets for the outlets, monitoring expenses, and maximizing revenue while minimizing costs.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated Outlets Management experience in a five-star hotel.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to work with a flexible schedule, be a team player, and a dynamic leader.
- Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
