Job Overview

As a key advisor to the business, you will partner with internal teams to deliver strategic goals by providing timely, high-quality, commercially focused legal guidance. You will be responsible for:

  • Expertly drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Advising on a broad variety of legal issues including general commercial, IP, privacy, and competition law
  • Supporting risk management frameworks and delivering legal compliance training
  • Handling legal matters related to litigation, inquiries, and more
  • Remaining abreast of legal and regulatory developments
