Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. This role is ideal for those who thrive in environments where they can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living support to adults with complex mental health and intellectual disabilities. Your duties will include:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Implementing positive behaviour support and care plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers
  • Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients' skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport, and accessing the community safely

You will be working in an independent living model, promoting choice and control, and showing willingness to participate in clients' day-to-day routines, goals, and interests.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher
  • Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, and overnight shifts
