Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Online Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our online customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Use handheld technology to plan routes, select items, and manage time efficiently during each shop.
  2. Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and assist with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
  3. Provide top-notch customer service by supporting queries and proactively offering assistance.
  4. Develop product knowledge to offer recommendations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Work flexibly across the store as needed.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with early morning shifts (most start at 4am).
  • Friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic about helping customers.
  • Enjoy physically demanding work, using initiative to solve problems and own tasks.
  • Flexible and committed to working to a high standard across the store, with opportunities to learn new skills.
  • Willing to learn new digital tools and handle shopping containers up to 15KG.
  • Attentive to detail, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
