We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Goldmark during the holiday season.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences to our clients.
  • Be results-driven and have a passion for sales.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and assist with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.
  • Be flexible and willing to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer personalized service to customers to find the ideal jewelry or watch based on their preferences.
  • Complete in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a thorough understanding of our policies and procedures.
  • Perform operational tasks, including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
