About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Sales Associate at our Bonds Fitzroy Outlet.

This is a casual role, requiring the ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods, from November 2024 to January 2025.

As a Christmas Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with a smile and assisting them in locating items
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Creating a magical shopping experience for our customers during the holiday season
  • Receiving induction and training to ensure success in the role

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A love of people and the ability to engage in conversations with customers
  • Confidence in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective time management and adaptability in a busy retail setting
  • Proactivity and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
