We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional drinks and dining experiences.

About the Role

  • Host and serve all guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.
  • Bring innovative flair to our bar concepts, creating lasting memories and building relationships with our customers.
  • Attend daily briefs with restaurant staff to review menus, specials, and service standards.
  • Be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions, and facilities offered by the establishment.
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Attend training sessions where required.
  • Be charismatic and engage easily with a diverse range of people.
  • Stay up-to-date with international and local drink trends.
  • Closely follow and complete opening and closing procedures and checklists.
  • Serve alcohol responsibly and report any concerns to management immediately.

Requirements:

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience in a hotel or fast-paced environment.
  • A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • The ability to create a positive first impression.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Mixology/c Cocktail Bar background.
  • Wine knowledge is highly advantageous.
