Key Responsibilities:

The Equipment and Wash Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient and fast-paced daily operations of various production sections. This includes managing equipment, bulk food, and bar packing areas to ensure accurate quantities and timely completion.

The supervisor will work proactively to resolve daily issues such as equipment shortages, delivery scheduling, and changing flight schedules. They will also ensure adequate staff are rostered and cross-trained to complete daily tasks.

Additionally, the supervisor will be responsible for recording temperatures of food before delivery, ensuring compliance with HALAL procedures, and adhering to stock rotation policies.

Requirements:
  • Proven knowledge of logistics management and production processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a high-volume environment
  • Sound knowledge of the airline catering industry
