About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Partner to join our team at EACH, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional services. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our services and driving excellence across the organization.

Job Summary

The Senior Quality Partner will be responsible for championing quality and compliance, leading critical incident investigations, partnering with program areas to develop and implement quality improvement activities, and supporting risk management initiatives. You will also oversee customer feedback and complaints processes, collect and analyze data to drive improvements, and lead training initiatives to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
  • A proven track record of leading change and motivating staff across various levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to analyze data to drive improvements and ensure continuous quality enhancement.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong background in quality improvement and risk management.
  • A higher degree in quality improvement or management (or progress towards one) is advantageous. Lead Auditor qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in healthcare standards, including National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards, Mental Health Standards, NDIS, Aged Care Quality Standards, and other relevant standards specific to community programs.
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position, with an estimated salary range of $55-$65 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. You will also receive compensation and benefits, including flexible work arrangements and a positive culture and supportive team environment.
