Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at Programmed. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter all details of prior orders into our contract management system to ensure seamless procurement processes.
  • Verify purchase order details to guarantee correct information is input, maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance mandates affecting procurement, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal supply chain teams and departments to guarantee all details are correct, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Follow all relevant guidelines and company policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Execute tasks precisely as defined in internal guiding documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, to maintain consistency and efficiency.
  • Adhere to documentation practices and data integrity requirements to ensure data, documentation, and records are completed and maintained for use by the business and available to support audits or inspections.
  • Complete training in assigned required learning plans according to the defined timing and prescribed requalification cadence, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in procurement administration, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Experience using contract management systems, such as Agiloft, or similar software.
  • Understanding of purchase order inputting and the importance of accuracy in procurement processes.
  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • High level of attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated aptitude or ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
