Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team as a key leader in creating engaging, high-quality learning programs that foster the growth and development of young children. This role involves leading and guiding educators in creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of diverse learners. They will be passionate about creating inspiring learning environments and fostering strong relationships with families.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide educators in creating high-quality learning programs.
  • Maintain effective routines and a safe, organised, and engaging learning space.
  • Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with families and keep them informed of their child's progress.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Room Leader or strong interest in taking on a leadership role
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection training/certificate
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for creating inspiring, engaging learning environments
