Job Title: Commercial Legal ProfessionalAbout the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned commercial legal expert to collaborate with our client on a short-term basis, with potential for extension or permanent position.

You will work closely with senior management to advise on business objectives, providing clear practical guidance.

  • Advise on commercial agreements, dispute resolution, employment law, workplace safety, privacy, competition and regulatory issues
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts with a solutions-focused approach
  • Identify, monitor and mitigate legal risks; track changes in laws and regulations
  • Design and deliver training on antitrust, anti-corruption, contract management and other legal topics

You will join a close-knit team that values straightforward advice and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience in top-tier law firms
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communicator able to build rapport with commercial teams and external advisors
