Job Role Overview

The role of Technical Delivery Lead involves driving the implementation and deployment of flagship products on a client-side and internal level.

This position will suit an experienced Manager with a strong background in Software delivery, specifically in the Financial Services sector. Proficiency in AWS, DevOps, and the development lifecycle is desirable but not essential. However, the ideal candidate should have experience working alongside such teams.

The product has seen significant growth within the high-spend software market, particularly around security.

Initial intensive training will be provided on the specific product range, and the Delivery Lead will be integrated into the client ecosystem over time. Additional project-based development will also take place, along with opportunities for promotion and technical advancement in authentication and biometrics.

  • Work directly with clients in the APAC region, serving as the primary liaison point for implementation issues and making changes to programmes as needed.
  • Utilize Business Analysis skills to translate client requirements while adhering to SLAs.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of deliverables.
  • Apply extensive planning experience from previous technical implementations.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, identify risks, and help define actions where necessary.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of post-graduate commercial experience, with recent work involving client-facing delivery of technical implementations in FS (Financial Services) ideally from the aspect of a Software Vendor.
  • Experience working alongside Development and DevOps teams.
  • A high level of comfort in managing multiple concurrent customers.
  • A solid technical background and familiarity with development and deployment concepts that can impact overall projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
