Job Title: Senior Civil Site Manager
About the Job:

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced civil site manager who can lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.


Responsibilities:
  • Candidate will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, technicians, and laborers to achieve project goals.
  • Must have excellent technical skills, including knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction techniques.
  • Will work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Must have strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and direct the project team.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction management.
  • Excellent technical and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
