Role Overview

As our visionary AI & Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in democratizing AI and automation across the organization. Your mission is to craft innovative n8n workflows and develop domain-specific LLMs that amplify productivity, making every team member more efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evolve our existing n8n infrastructure - Develop and refine critical workflows serving hundreds of users as we scale beyond 300 team members.
  • Design and implement production-ready automation workflows - Integrate cloud services, internal data sources, and LLM endpoints to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Develop and democratize domain-specific LLMs - Fine-tune lightweight models on internal data from Gong, Notion, BigQuery, and other sources, making them accessible through intuitive interfaces.
  • Democratize n8n usage - Create templates, documentation, and training materials enabling non-technical teams to build and deploy their own automation workflows confidently.
  • Embed security and governance - Incorporate privacy, compliance, and cost controls into every workflow and model deployment ensuring robust data protection.
  • Enable widespread adoption - Run hands-on workshops, provide ongoing support, and mentor teammates so anyone can leverage AI and automation tools effectively.

Requirements

  • Python & SQL: Deliver high-performance production systems handling real data and users.
  • Workflow orchestration: Demonstrate expertise with n8n, Airflow, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
  • AI/LLM experience: Showcase at least one AI or automation project from prototype to production.
  • Clear communication: Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and gather business requirements.
  • Vector/RAG expertise: Experience with embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval patterns.
  • Cloud platform experience: Deployed and managed systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Training mindset: Created documentation, tutorials, or enabled others to use technical tools.
