Adventure Tour Operator

Immerse yourself in the stunning beauty of the Otway Ranges rainforest as a zip line tour operator, surrounded by breathtaking views and lush vegetation.

About the Role

  • Conduct daily guided tours through the Otway National Park, adhering to strict safety protocols and providing exceptional customer service experience.
  • Manage tour preparation tasks, including meeting guests, delivering comprehensive safety briefs, and fitting harnesses and helmets.
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness and presentation throughout the attraction, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless safety supervision during tours, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for customers.

Key Qualifications

  • Current first aid certificate and Victorian Working with Children's Check.
  • Working at heights and high ropes qualification highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in the tourism industry an asset, but not essential.
