Master Scheduler Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduling Lead to oversee and optimise the scheduling processes across multiple projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating the existing Master Scheduling process, helping Project Managers to develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring they align with overall program objectives and provide transparency and predictability.
The role involves mentoring and guiding Project Managers to develop their own schedules and build them to a high level. Additionally, the successful candidate will actively elevate scheduling and improve standardisation across the Program Management Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate and standardise scheduling processes within the PMO
- Mentor and guide Project Managers to develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Ensure schedules align with program objectives and provide transparency and predictability
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven abilities and experience in developing detailed, complex program schedules
- Extensive experience in a senior scheduler role supporting delivery of complex project schedules and programs
- Strong understanding of resource scheduling and project management with the ability to create pragmatic schedules
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve required outcomes
