A passionate and experienced professional is sought to lead with purpose in a values-driven organisation. The successful candidate will take on a 6-month contract leadership role, with full-time availability required to meet operational demands as needed.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will play a critical leadership role in delivering clinical and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, assigning, and overseeing staff duties and resident care delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Providing strong leadership and mentoring within a resident-focused environment.
  • Managing human, material, and financial resources efficiently.
  • Supporting a positive team culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, current registration with AHPRA, and minimum 2 years of experience in residential aged care. Proven nursing management experience and sound clinical knowledge aligned with contemporary best practices are also essential.
