Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead multiple projects from initial establishment to handover and project closure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 5-8 projects at various stages, ensuring timely documentation, and preparing project delivery plans, monthly status reports, and anticipated cost reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand key project drivers, client requirements, and what success looks like on each project.
  • Effectively manage project stakeholders and ensure timely documentation.
  • Prepare project budgets and manage expenditure.
  • Create detailed project programmes with clear milestones.
  • Chair project meetings and lead tender preparation, contract negotiation, and administration.
  • Conduct value engineering and buildability analysis.
  • Manage variations and approvals.
  • Implement Health Safety and Environmental systems.
  • Assemble and lead consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage project closeout and financial reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Project or Construction Management or related discipline with 6+ years' experience, OR 10+ years' experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methods.
  • Experience with ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 standards.
  • Commercial negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and foster repeat business.
