The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a team of administrative staff. Their expertise in office management software and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include supervising and guiding the administrative team, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and implementing solutions for process improvement.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles with a supervisory capacity.

Required qualifications include strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.

Bonus points for experience with ERP systems and knowledge of office safety and compliance regulations.

A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail are must-haves for this role.
