We're seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with customers, sales, and solutions architecture teams to deliver technical solutions that solve complex technology problems.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to scope work, set business goals, identify resources, track progress, and develop schedules.

You'll also be responsible for assessing risks, anticipating bottlenecks, providing critical issue management, balancing trade-offs, and encouraging risk-tasking to maximize business value.

As a Customer Solutions Manager, you'll play a key role in evangelizing the value of cloud computing and influencing your customers to allocate leadership and resources to achieve their goals.
