  • Significant experience in forecasting energy consumption and demand, including gas and electricity use, and emerging sectoral influences and effects of decarbonisation.
  • Experience in leading the development of reports or publications in the analysis of future gas and electricity forecasting load transformational changes, including the costs, benefits, and drivers of change impacting the energy industry, and interpretation of analysis performed by others.
  • Confident communicating complex analytical insights to a broad audience, including senior management and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Rigid knowledge or experience in the regulatory and investment framework for Australian energy markets, and an understanding of economic assessment techniques and power system reliability assessments.
