We are seeking highly motivated individuals to participate in our unique Livestock Career Development program. This 24-month program offers a comprehensive learning experience, enabling participants to gain valuable skills and knowledge in all aspects of the Livestock industry.

The program involves on-the-ground training, where participants will work alongside experienced professionals and receive mentorship support. Additionally, participants will complete an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing, providing them with a solid foundation in marketing principles and strategies.

This program is designed for top talent who are eager to accelerate their career in the Livestock industry. We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills, negotiation abilities, and a desire to succeed. Successful completion of Year 12 and minimum 24 months of work experience in an agricultural industry (ideally Livestock) are also essential requirements.

During the program, participants will have the opportunity to network with peers and leaders across the business, gaining valuable connections and insights into the industry. Placement mobility after the program concludes allows participants to move locations and maximize their experience.

Requirements:
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong negotiation abilities
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF YEAR 12
  • MINIMUM 24 MONTHS WORK EXPERIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY (IDEALLY LIVESTOCK)
  • ABILITY TO RELOCATE AT CONCLUSION OR DURING PROGRAM
  • Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident
  • Vaccinated or willing to receive Q Fever vaccination
  • TEAMWORK AND LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL
