Lead Strategic Change in Community Services

As a visionary leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community services. You will work alongside a progressive and transformational board to provide strategic oversight, ensure strong governance, and champion innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply community values and fundamentals in decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior executives and fellow directors to set and progress strategic direction
  • Provide strategic expertise in aged care, disability, and children's services
  • Oversee risk management, governance, and budget monitoring
  • Influence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomes

You will contribute to the delivery of our new strategic plan and have the opportunity to progress to Chair or Deputy Chair, supported by a mentor.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a board director, chair, or deputy chair
  • Strong strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skills
  • A strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia
  • Sector expertise in aged care, disability, or children's services
  • Lived experience in community services, healthcare, or education sectors
