Our organisation delivers services in aged care, children's services and disability support for over 50 years.

About the Director Role

As a Director, you will work alongside a progressive and transformational Board to provide strategic oversight and champion innovation.

You will contribute to the delivery of our new strategic plan and have the opportunity to progress to Chair or Deputy Chair, supported by a mentor.

In this role, you will:

  • Apply our values and fundamentals in Board decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with Co-CEOs, the Executive and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction
  • Provide strategic expertise in aged care, disability, children's services or similar sectors
  • Oversee risk management, governance and budget monitoring
  • Influence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomes
What You Will Bring

You will bring:

  • Previous experience as a Board Director, Chair or Deputy Chair
  • Strong strategic thinking, governance and leadership skills
  • A strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia
  • Sector expertise in aged care, disability or children's services
  • Lived experience in community services, healthcare or education sectors
