We are seeking a dynamic and engaging English Teacher with a passion for fostering a positive, supportive environment in both the classroom and the broader school community.

Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time position that includes the role of Assistant Year Coordinator for a designated Year Group. As an English Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching to students from Years 7-10, with opportunities to teach HSC English Advanced and/or Standard.

You will integrate ICT effectively into curriculum delivery, promoting engagement and learning. Differentiation of instruction to meet diverse student needs is essential, ensuring accessibility and excellence in education.

The role requires collaboration with a professional, collegial team to create a dynamic and enriching learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching to students from Years 7-10, including HSC English Advanced and/or Standard

As an Assistant Year Coordinator

You will assist the Year Coordinator in overseeing the wellbeing, academic progress, and co-curricular involvement of students in the designated Year Group.

Support the implementation of Positive Education, promoting the overall mental and emotional wellbeing of students.

Work closely with Mentors, providing day-to-day support to ensure the success and growth of each student in your care.
