Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned production engineer with a strong background in production engineering, experience in managing and implementing production processes, and ensuring the quality of manufactured products.

This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, purchasing teams, and production engineers, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on electronic components and subassemblies
  • Conduct root cause analysis on material failures and customer returned products
  • Support the production team by providing technical expertise
  • Verify production jigs and equipment for suitability
  • Inspect first production batches of new or modified components
  • Accountable for the implementation and training of new products into production
  • Assess new products for manufacturability and recommend design changes and production processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Systems
  • 4+ years' experience in a similar position and industry
  • Established professional relationships with suppliers
  • Experience in operating equipment and learning from suppliers
  • Capable of upskilling quickly to develop deep technical capabilities
  • Experience measuring and reporting on production metrics
  • Basic knowledge of software, electronics, and mechanical design processes
