Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Erskine Park NSW warehouse. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for storing and packing goods, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store and pack goods and materials in accordance with standard procedures
  • Load, unload, move, stack and stage goods and materials using a forklift or other non-specialized equipment
  • Operate a high-rise order picker and prepare freight with all necessary paperwork
  • Assist in physical inventories and regular stock rotation
  • Maintain control registers and reconcile regular reports on stock movement and dispatches
  • Respond to customer requests related to product/freight delivery, availability, and location
  • Perform stocktake and check-in/check-out counts, cycle counts, and general warehouse duties
Requirements
  • Current forklift (LF) license, current LO license, and experience in warehouse operations
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
  • Good time management and communication skills; basic computer literacy
