Senior Software Assurance Leader

We seek a visionary leader, a Software Assurance Specialist, to shape the quality assurance framework and culture across our technological landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for software quality assurance aligned with business objectives and technological innovations.
- Create and deploy testing frameworks that combine manual and automated testing for improved speed, efficiency, and scalability while maintaining quality standards.
- Serve as primary liaison among management, technology teams, and external partners to establish quality standards and practices.
- Design and manage metrics and reporting systems to monitor software development performance and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Quality Engineers, fostering professional growth and motivation.
- Regularly assess and optimize testing processes to adapt to changing project needs and market conditions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist are preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in leadership within financial services or wealth management technology.
- Proven leadership as a QA/Test Lead or Manager in fintech or wealth management sectors.
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks like Selenium and experience with CI/CD environments.
- Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
- Extensive experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with relevant certifications preferred.
