Waste Collection Operations Manager

This is a key leadership role overseeing waste collection and disposal services across the region. We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate operations, focusing on service delivery, safety, and operational excellence.

  • Manage customer requests and enquiries relating to waste services, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

The successful applicant will have proven experience in:

  • Coordinating waste collection and disposal operations
  • Operating heavy machinery (side/rear lift truck, compactor, roll-on-roll off truck)
  • Managing teams and prioritizing tasks

This hands-on role requires participation in after hours and weekend work. The level of fitness required to undertake a broad range of physical tasks.

Essential Requirements
  • Current HC Class driver's licence
  • General Safety Induction for Construction Worker (White Card)
  • Plant Operator ticket (e.g., Loader/Compactor)
