About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician/Electrical Technician to join our team at 360HR Solutions in the Renewable Power Generation industry sector. As a key member of our team, you will provide commissioning support and in-field technical support to OEM Power Stations, Inverters, and Control Systems installed at utility solar, wind farms, and BESS (Battery Storage Assets) across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning Support: Assist in the commissioning of power stations, inverters, and associated HV power generation equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues during performance validation for each site, including component replacement.
  • Monitoring and Communications: Configure monitoring and communications on site utilizing various computer interface programs, including tracker commissioning.
  • Equipment Repairs and Retrofits: Perform equipment repairs and retrofits as required.
  • Adherence to WH&S Policies: Adhere to all WH&S policies and procedures on site, according to company and site protocols.
Requirements
  • Electrical Trade Qualification: Current Electrical Licence and trade qualified experience.
  • Strong Safety Awareness: Strong safety awareness and attitude.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to work with computer interface programs and configure monitoring and communications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors in remote, sometimes extreme climate.
