About the Role:- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms as part of a collaborative team.
- Support colleagues and foster a positive team environment.
- Work safely to protect yourself, peers, and residents by adhering to policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience working in cleaning is highly desirable.
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with diverse individuals.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
- A reliable team player.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
