We are a Christian Family environment that provides high-quality care and education in a Long Day Care setting. We offer a 3-4 year old Pre Kindy Program and a 4-5 Year Accredited Kindergarten Program.

We are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of children entrusted to our care, through embedding of the Child Safe Standards in culture, policies, procedures, and practice.

The Role

We are seeking a casual lead educator who can fill in as holiday and personal leave relief, competent in opening and closing of the centre and cover lunch relief. As a Diploma Child Care Educator, you will provide high-quality education and care to all children, build relationships with families, and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality education and care to all children
  • Foster strong relationships with families
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks
  • Open and close the service on a regular basis
  • Cover lunch relief duties

Your Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Current Blue Card
  • Flexibility and ability to open and close the service
  • Experience and knowledge of NQF, NQS, and EYLF
  • The capacity to work collaboratively as a team player and model Christian practices in the educational learning environment
  • High motivation and confidence in using technology
  • A servant heart and vibrant Christian faith
